What is the PCYO?
The Placer County Youth Orchestra is a community youth orchestra serving the Rocklin, Roseville, Granite Bay, Lincoln, Loomis, Newcastle, and Auburn areas. We focus on providing a comprehensive musical education to our students while fostering in them a sense of musicianship and duty to their community. It is our goal to work closely with schools, private teachers, and organizations throughout Placer County to make orchestral music available to everyone.

Come and hear the stories and meanings behind the famous ballets, operas and musicals. It is going to be a very fun concert. Carmen and Delilah are two infamous women right up there with Jezebel....and then there are two monsters, the Phantom and the Beast...and of course two frail and delicate teenagers, prone to drama, Giselle and Juliet....oh and yes I forgot! There is a very evil pirate and a very cute little rat that knows how to cook!
